Female Infertility Workup begins with a detailed history, and clinical examination followed by pelvic ultrasonography to see the female reproductive organs, uterus, and ovaries. It is ideal to plan female and male infertility workups together.

Ultrasound_KrishnaIVF

Ultrasound is used in a variety of situations at Krishna IVF. The quality of technology that is used to help the patient at Krishna IVF is state of the art. We along with Samsung Research Centre work in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Krishna IVF uses computer aided semen analysis and obtained their first equipment during 2007. MICROPTIC S.L. Sperm Class Analyzer (ver 6.6) is used for sperm count, morphology, motility, kinematic, morphometric, DNA fragmentation.

DNA_Fragmentation_Studies

DNA Fragmentation studies refers to deletion of bases or a break or separation in one or both DNA strands contained within sperm. Each sperm has an extensive quantity of DNA. This study allows to check the quality of sperm.

HSG_Test

HSG or Hysterosalpingography is a tubal patency test conducted to diagnose if there are any blocks in the fallopian tubes causing a delay in conception. HSG is generally performed between day 7 to day 9 of menstrual cycle.

LAPRASCOPIE_KrishnaIVF

Laparoscopy is used to examine the internal organs of pelvis. A tiny key hole incision is made to insert the scope and to visualise the organs. Laparoscopy aids diagnosis or therapeutic interventions with few small incisions.

Hysteroscopy_KrishnaIVF

Hysteroscopy is an endoscopy procedure where a hysteroscope is inserted into the uterine cavity. This procedure is performed to check the inner lining of the uterus where the embryo or baby implants and grows.

Medical_OI_Ovulation_Induction

Medical Ovulation Induction (OI) is a fertility treatment that uses medications to cause or regulate ovulation, or to increase the number of eggs produced during a cycle, to increase the opportunity for pregnancy.

Intra Uterine Insemination is a process where the sperm is separated and is deposited close to the woman’s womb at the time of ovulation. It is one of the treatment options available to help couple to become parents.

EHR are made mandatory at Krishna IVF in order to provide modern, holistic approach to Infertility workup and management. A unique ID number is given to each couple coming to Krishna IVF during their first visit.

External_Quality_Control_Certification_EQASRM

External quality assessment challenges the effectiveness of a laboratory’s quality management system. Krishna IVF Clinic is one of the few centers in INDIA that has been participating in the EQASRM program since 2012.
