Thermobrite is an open programmable system. It contains a numeric keypad for easy programming. It helps to automate denaturation and hybridization steps in slide based FISH protocols. In all slide-based assays, it reduces more than 60% of manual hands on time. Along with temperature maintenance, it also helps to maintain humidity in the chamber using humidity control cards. It maintains temperature uniformity across all slides with accuracy +_ degree Celsius. It can hold 12 slides at a single given point of time.

Agilent 2100 Bio-Analyzer

Agilent-2100-Bio-Analyzer2100 Bioanalyzer is a RoHS compatible electrophoresis system with an exchangeable cartridge. The 2100 Bioanalyzer instrument includes chip priming station, chip vortexer, software for instrument control and data analysis. It has a high analytical sensitivity down to pg/μl. It can DNA, RNA and protein downstream applications. It requires very low sample volume of 1μl of DNA/RNA and 4μl of protein analysis. Apart from DNA, RNA and protein applications at minimal flow cytometry applications can also be performed.
