SEMEN BANK
Our clinic has facilities for freezing semen samples for ART procedures like IVF, ICSI and TESA in liquid nitrogen for ready use whenever needed.
PREIMPLANTATION GENETIC DIAGNOSIS(PGD)
PGD has been developed as a method to help infertile couple s who choose IVF to identify chromosomal abnormalities prior to embryo implanatation.Dr Rama Raju and Dr K.Madan have been trained in Belgium to do PGD.
IN VITRO FERTILIZATION (IVF)
IVF commonly known as test tube baby is a method of assisted reproductive technology in which the man’s sperm and the women’s eggs are fertilized in a laboratory dish and the resulting embryo is transferred into the uterus for normal development and delivery.
INTRACYTOPLASMIC INJECTION (ICSI)
ICSI procedure involves using a special micro manipulator and a microscope where in a single sperm is injected into anegg and the fertilized egg is transferred to the woman ’s uterus.This procedure is an answer to irreversible infertility in men.
TESTICULAR SPERM EXTRACTION(TEST-ICSI)
In case of male infertility the sperms are obtained directly from the testes by doing an epididymal sperm aspiration and thereafter following the iCSi procedure.Krishna IVF clinic has got facilities for conducting testicular biopsy and semen banking.
DIAGNOSTIC ANDROLOGY LAB
Advanced semen analysis including morphological tests and sperm function tests are done here. Semen samples are also processed here for artificial insemination.
HORMONE ANALYSIS
Estimation of the levels of hormone levels involved in fertility investigation like FSH, LH, PROLACTIN, THYROID profiles are done here by automated chemiluminescence system by chiron.

The genetic material(DNA) in a single cell(BLASTOMERE) is analyzed by one of the two methods: either FISH or PCR depending in the testing desired.ALL FISH studies are done on site at the IVF lab, at Krishna IVF clinic.Our laboratory team help distinguish the normal cell from the abnormal and the results are available within 24 hours.
